Anonymous asked: Furthermore, most people do eventually complete some form of exposure therapy, but they don't walk into their first session with their doctor shoving their triggers in their face, it can take weeks or months or even years of preparation before someone can participate in exposure therapy, and in addition to this, it's performed in a contained safe environment at measured levels with preparation, not at random times whenever you see it on the internet. you can even get xkit to auto tag every post.

Okay but if fitness related things trigger you, and you feel you can’t face those triggers, why in the freaking world would you follow a fitness blog on tumblr?

I also bought some organic hot chocolate that I can’t wait to try! I’ll probably put some of that mint chocolate coconut milk in it.

miirass asked: Hi! Just found out your new blog, and it's looking awesome. I read your "me" page... and it was exactly as my story. You even weigh the same now :) Very inspirational. I've lost around 30 pounds (and happily gained some muscle on the way!) but I still have some 30 lbs to lose... been struggling for few months now :/ Def gonna keep cheking this blog for inspiration

Hello!! As I read this, I feel bad because I’ve been absent from here for the past couple weeks. Definitely planning to get back into it! Congrats on your weight loss!! I always tend to forget how far I’ve come and only focus on how far I have to go. 30 lbs is amazing! And you already did it once, so I know you can do it again!

Yes, I did the color run this past June! It was a ridiculous amount of fun and I recommend it to everyone! I did the run in Lansing, Michigan but I actually live about 20 minutes outside of Detroit. ^_^
